Well, it seems like the accident bug has been going around. Jacob seemed to have caught it last Thursday when he ran smack into the corner of a shelf. He gouged and bruised his cheek and man do I feel bad! He just sat on the couch the rest of the night holding a towel full of ice up to his face. It was so sad! Anyway, at least it wasn't any more serious than that. Regrettably it's on his face so EVERYONE can see his horrible wound! And that just makes me feel like an even worse mother. Well, hopefully it heals soon and doesn't scar.

Sad! The accident bug is definitely going around, sorry we passed it to you :( He looks so sad in that picture. Good thing little kids are so resiliant. Isabel is already climbing up stairs and scooting and crawling around.
