Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Well, the holidays went by in a blur as usual. We enjoyed the time with all of our family and friends, but I'm looking forward to things calming down for a while. The kids loved it all (of course). It was so fun watching them on Christmas morning. Jacob would unwrap a present and then get all excited and he would say "look! it's a box!" and we would have to tell him there was something in the box. It was priceless! And Kiersten just had fun getting a hold on anything within her reach (she didn't care what it was). Christmas is all about the kids now, and I love it! Over the holidays we attended several family christmas parties, a wedding, a funeral, etc. It was crazy! James' birthday was on New Years Eve, so we had some friends over for some games and stuff. It was a lot of fun too! This weekend we were supposed to go to out of town for my nephew's blessing, but Jacob has strep and isn't supposed to be around anyone for a couple days. So, we'll be spending the next couple days at home. Well, I hope all of you had a wonderful holiday season!
